A great set of figures, and another years stat's to reflect on
By my calculations - our airport has shown a growth in passenger numbers this year - The first for many years!
2018: 192526 (2017 190891) + 0.9%
Amsterdam 2018 figure is 127090, +7.6%! And most of that growth was concentrated in the last 6 months of the year, long may it continue!
Aberdeen seems to have bottomed out at long last - 22116 in 2018 compared to 22381 in 2017 - but the last few months have shown some small growth.

Some further historical Amsterdam figures are shown below for comparison with earlier years. The annual totals are followed by the December totals.
1998 109,137 7,798 1999 115,669 8,506 2000 125,762 9,800 2001 131,193 9,335 2002 133,900 10,313 2003 123,796 9,706 2004 131,775 9,294 2005 130,886 10,509 2006 132,744 9,522 2007 137,061 11,041
In 1997, there were 4 Fokker 50 rotations on weekdays. In 1999 there were 3 Fokker 100 rotations. This became 6 Fokker 50 rotations in 2000. The Fokker 70 had been introduced by 2004. In Summer 2007, there were 3 Fokker 70 rotations and one Fokker 50.
This indicates a very good 2018 performance considering the additional capacity available in earlier years. The most comparable earlier year for frequency and capacity is 1999.

Only two Amsterdam flights were lost to the weather (strong winds in Holland on 8th), but were there were more seasonal capacity reductions than last year. This resulted in 151 flights, the same as last year. Average load was 69.8 passengers, an increase of 15.2% on last December's 60.6. If the E175 capacity is 82, the load factor was 85%.
There were 252 scheduled air transport movements and 323 charter.
