Surely it would also allow for a capacity upgrade on some flights?
It will be great if it happens as then the perishables terminal would be put to some regular use, creating a catalyst for further development.

Andrew Galloway must be thinking in terms of fish IMPORTS to Humberside? He's a bit out of touch if he thinks we actually still catch fish around here when it's all been stolen by the rest of Europe!

The question is, surely, who allowed it to be stolen?..... We did and our politicians don't give a d**n!

Perhaps by longer term they mean ten years as opposed to the usual five?

9507 handled in July, -1.5% on last years figures, so still negative but it is beginning to level out now.

Probably less business use on Saturday and Monday at the moment, particularly at this time of year.

Interesting what Tony Lavan said about KLM in the recent interview...
I take that as less leisure passengers using te service bringing the load factors down, as i have believed for a while...

The 4xdaily service seems to be intermittent in operation, but i dont see that it could be of any concern.

10224 in June, down 1% on June 2010, load factor of 71%. Am i right in thinking there were 4xdaily flights last year? If so then a vast improvement and surely signs that a 4th rotation could be reinstated next year.
