EGMC I think we need to await the publication of RE's Winter Timetable to see what schedule will actually operate.

Aer Arann have announced that they will be suspending their Southend/Luton/Edinburgh/Manchester to Galway services at the end of October due to commercial reasons they will work to re-start these services next summer.

It means that all RE services from GWY are suspended for the winter leaving that airport with no pax services at all. Very bad news for GWY.

Can offpeak Waterford flights keep going without sharing with Galway, as they currently do at present?

Well it looks like the answer is "yes" because the Winter timetable has been published.
It's very similar to the current timetable with just the Saturday evening rotation being dropped. The weekday morning arrival SZEN is 30 minutes earlier than now at 0855, which should please the business traveller. I assume it will be ATR42 equipment on the route for the winter period.

Seems like some mid week flights are being consolidated into just one flight middle of the day.

It seems likely that Aer Arann will cease operating their routes under the Aer Arann Regional title with effect from the 2012 summer timetable and instead all services will be marketed as Aer Lingus Regional and operate under Aer Lingus flight numbers. It's understood that the ATR42s are in the process of undergoing a programme of resprays with their interiors being completely renewed. This would seem to make sense in light of the fact that the RE route network has shrunk considerably over the winter and Flybe will be operating the currently suspended WAT-BHX route this summer. It seems unlikely that RE will recommence any of the currently suspended services from GWY this year.
The effect on the WAT-SEN route is likely to be minimal, except that their operation as Aer Lingus flights will perhaps restore a little of the confidence which RE themselves seem to have lost recently.
The 2011 passenger figures for WAT-SEN total 25,517 and GWY-SEN (March to September only) total 12,631. WAT-SEN traffic seems to have stabilised over the past 3 months so perhaps the benefit of the SEN rail station is at last beginning to take effect. This can only be enhanced once the new terminal opens at the end of February.

Both yesterday's RE flights operated WAT-LTN rather than into SEN due to the de-icer rig being u/s at SEN. Does that sound a familiar situation? I thought such problems were a thing of the past but apparently not yet.

The de-icer is not available tomorrow either although with temperatures on the rise it shouldn't be an issue. Seems a little strange to spend all that money on the infrastructure yet not sort out a piece of equipment that has been problematic at SEN for a number of years. I don't expect Aer Arann or their pax were particularly impressed yesterday. Let's hope with the new terminal opening in a couple of weeks and the runway extension soon afterwards that things settle down and that Aer Arann (or Aer Lingus Regional)even consider opening a Dublin route.

With the takeover of the Aer Arann routes by Aer Lingus Regional in the next few weeks plans are in hand to introduce a DUB-SEN service. As reported in the Irish Times.
