Did the HUY website have the wrong times up again? Arrived 10.30 departed 11.12. It does however say 'landed' instead of arrived.

Been fairly busy today so not had much chance to look at the stats, but I believe from a glance that FR had average loads of 75% in may. Not the best but I have no idea how other airports are doing..

Stats for the MME-ALC flights in may 2010 suggest loads of 137 on average (assuming flights were 3xweekly??), therefore it looks like HUY is doing better loads wise.

I know MoL has said that the HUY and MAN expansion are due to seperate deals, but surely the new base at MAN announced today cant do HUY any harm assuming the ALC flights are doing ok?

2371 passengers in june, average of 148. 78% load factor so seems to be improving. I suspect numbers will peak in July and August as you would expect. Hopefully yield is good.

Have all winter 2011/12 flights gone on sale now?

Ryanair have lost there case about air-bridge use in ALC. The judge said that they have to pay the charges and use them.
A large scale cut back is expected for Summer 2012 as a result of this (apparently) so could this mean that we lose our twice weekly flights to Alicante as a casualty of this?
Either way we will find out shortly. Summer 2012 is expected to go on sale this month, although I would have thought it will be more November/ December time when Alicante routes are on sale due to the problems they are having.

It depends, if FR put up and pay their way while also keeping their full based committents then (assuming yields are good) they will probably be back.
Problem is, we are talking about Ryanair here, I find it hard to believe they will put up with this. They will likely pull a few aircraft out of there, and HUY will probably be one of the first routes to go with them.
It seems most of the pullouts at HUY have had little to do with the airport or the catchment area, and more to do with external problems. Lets hope this isnt another one..

An outside hope might be that if ALC goes, and it's not looking good, FR replace it will a flight somewhere else, such as Malaga. However Ryanair and Spain generally (with the exception of Barcelona) don't seem to be getting on well currently. I've read Italy mentioned about seeing further Ryanair growth, but I don't think HUY-Italy would be an easy market for a scheduled service, especially on a B737-800

Looks like Ryanair are returing next year! (not confirmed btw).
As always in the lead up to them putting flights on sale for the next season, if the route is going to operate then there will be 7 aircraft under each day of the week with a line through it - This is the case for the HUY-ALC flights.
Whereas if it isnt going to operate it will simply say no flights on sale for this period with no planes.
Looks good so far!.

Is this on the timetable or in the booking engine Misty? As on the booking engine for next year there are no aircraft with lines through them on any days.
