Geneva resumes on the 12th December, operating until the 11th April.
Still no sign of those additional VCE flights...

Flights for the period 5th September to 29th October 2016 have been released today.
I see that VCE returns to 4 x weekly and AMS to 15 x weekly (from 2 x weekly & 13 x weekly respectively up until then) with JER reducing from 4 x to 2 x weekly. PMI becomes 6 rather than 7 x weekly. No new routes of course but good to see the VCE increase. I don't have the schedule for the same period this year so I don't know how that compares.

On FR24, just followed 2 EZY LON flights departing from CDG 4 minutes apart; both had no holding before approaching to land at SEN and LGW respectively. Somewhat counter intuitively, the EZY7420 CDG-SEN time was 38 minutes, the EZY76LM CDG-LGW time was 43 minutes. Both were on easterly runways. A potential marketing edge? It would be interesting to see a similar comparison when both airports on westerly runways.

Venice will no longer operate after the 28th October. Suspect a new route will be announced as a replacement for it.

Venice has always been reasonably good loads from what I have seen, however, following the recent pattern, SEN route chopped after EZY started or increased the route frequency from other LON airport (Venice started from LUT recently).

Think the new Luton service introduction has something to do with it. Disappointing considering their fairly recent statement about increasing capacity between LON and Venice.

It looks like Barcelona is the next route to be axed by EZY. According to their latest flights released today, it will stop on 17/03/17. Still no news on a replacement route for Venice either. When are we going to get some good news i wonder.

Also SEN-Barcelona and SEN-Venice being advertised by Newmarket Holidays for Summer 2017,so maybe they not being axed as first thought.

Good news about Barcelona, however Venice will definitely end in October as it was said by Easyjet on their social media in response to questions about it.
