Yes I think you are right about the 737. Just typed A319 without thinking. Similar seating capacity I would guess.

The Easyjet website is selling five extra SEN-GVA rotations during the Xmas/New Year period, i.e.additional to the three/week already announced.
SEN-JER is daily from 14 Dec to 7 Jan, excepting Xmas day.

SEN-JER is daily from 14 Dec to 7 Jan, excepting Xmas day. Well that certainly is good news, forward bookings must be looking healthy judging by some of the prices on the Easyjet website. These extra rotations will also mean that all three based aircraft will be needed throughout the whole christmas period which will certainly provide a booost to the passenger figures!

A glance at the easyJet SEN schedules for next summer shows little change. There is no ALC on Monday, no BCN on Wednesday and no AGP on Friday or Sunday. The VCE seems to have taken the place of those flights. Good to see JER maintained as daily for next year.
With BCN being dropped from STN in January and ALC in June, one could have expected additional SEN departures; especially on ALC with IT companies taking bookings on the existing flights.

A post on Pprune says that easyjet will add an extra based aircraft at SEN next year and introduce new routes including Berlin and Krakow. Not been able to find a news story yet.

The expected Spanish routes are now showing on the easyJet website. They have restored the daily rotations to AGP, ALC and BCN which originally were taken to source the new VCE service, and ALC and BCN each have a second rotation on three days of the week. There is also an extra PMI service, on Saturdays.
But one Sunday BFS rotation has been dropped, apparently to source the extra Sunday BCN. I thought those Sunday BFS rotations were well patronised so perhaps it is a case of better anticipated yields from BCN in midsummer.
The period of validity for this timetable, including the new SXF and KRK routes is from June 17 to September 8.

It looks like an additional S13 route will be announced later this week. There's speculation on PPRuNe that it might be NQY.

The new SEN-NQY route is partly at the expense of SEN-BFS rotations. The Thursday 0715 SEN departure for BFS no longer appears on the schedule and is replaced by NQY. The Tuesday 0715 BFS is still shown but as the NQY departure is also 0715 I expect this is an error.
The Saturday flight (dep SEN 1345, arr 1625) I think is an additional flight. The changes take effect June 20.
Fare levels on the NQY route already appear much higher than for SEN-BFS over a similar period.

I've been wondering for some time whether EZY would feel obliged to do some tinkering with the BFS route. It has certainly shown rather disappointing numbers considering the total pax numbers LON-BFS. I wonder if the lack of early morning trains from Liverpool Street has contributed to this. The main problem of course is that a double daily would normally be a prerequisite for such a route and if that isn't available on Tuesdays and Thursdays next summer that might harm it's attractiveness to business travellers.
Am I right in thinking that the addition of a 4th based aircraft for S13 means there is still some spare capacity, which may result in further route announcements?

I doubt there is significant scope, if any at all, for new destinations by the fourth aircraft, at least not in midsummer. Although I have not conducted a detail analysis, I note that the net increase in rotations due to the fourth aircraft stands at 19 per week already.
In my previous post I suggested that the Tuesday NQY 0715 took the place of the Tues 0715 BFS. I now see that in fact it is the 0730 Tues AMS that is replaced by NQY, and there are indeed two 0715 departures on Tuesdays, BFS and NQY.
When the NQY finishes in mid-September the Tues AMS and Thurs BFS morning rotations resume, but only for a short period, because from October there are no Tuesday and Wednesday morning rotations to either BFS or AMS. I have not looked to see what other changes there may be in October.
