Soon to all be dropped it seems. At latest by the end of S19, but I reckon before.

So it seems some flights will remain using Dash 8's from other bases. Almost certainly that means the end of Alicante, Faro, Malaga and Palma - all of which are also covered by TUI. However based on aircraft type alone, Amsterdam, Belfast City, Dublin, Jersey, Newquay and Paris CDG have a chance of continuing.

At what cost to choice and flexibility? If they are to operate on a W pattern from other bases then the flight times will inevitably be rubbish. I feel sorry for all the crews who have clearly tried their hardest to make it work.

Flybe currently have 6 E195's. Five are currently in use (2 at MAN and one each at BHX, EXT and SOU) another is at Exeter since last being used on 27th February. Presumably they are taking E175's from DSA and CWL to use at BHX and MAN when the larger aircraft go. A poster on pprune states that they are also disposing of 4 E175's as well as cancelling the remaining order for 4 from the original substantial order.
The current fleet is:- Dash 8 54 = 4,212 total seats E175 11 = 968 total seats E195 6 = 708 total seats Total 5,888 seats
If the above-mentioned Embraer disposal plans are correct, they would amount to 1,060 seats, which is 18% of current capacity.
Cuts in E175 capacity would, during the Summer season from 2020, be 176 seats at DSA, 264 seats at CWL and 118 seats at Exeter. This is a total of 558 seats.

According to posters on other forums, the Flybe (still marketed as such with BE flight numbers) winter timetable for 2019/2020 shows some reductions at Project Blackbird destinations. DSA apparently has 7 weekly Dash8 Amsterdam rotations and 4 weekly for Belfast Harbour. This total of 11 compares with 20 weekly E175 rotations during winter 2018/19. CWL remains less well-defined as there are apparently to be ongoing negotiations before a selected range of routes are put on sale.

See the DSAF Facebook page for news of Flybe withdrawing all services from Doncaster on Saturday 26th October 2019. The reason appears to be that, apparently, DSA passengers have an overwhelming preference for the E175 over the Q400 and bookings are down as a consequence. Flybe are also withdrawing their EDI and GLA routes from EMA. Loganair have announced replacement services on these two East Midlands routes.
