Stobart have increased capacity on RNS for the holiday season peak. The E195 replaces the ATR72 on five days a week, and there is an additional ATR rotation on four days, bringing the total RNS to 11 per week.
This seems to have been achieved by switching CGN to the ATR72 leaving just 2 rotations to the E195. There have been some corresponding reductions to other services.
Fropm the start of September it looks like the schedule reverts to the original pre-July pattern.

Looking at the FlyBe winter timetable from SEN the following noted:
BUD - last flight listed 5th Jan, on sale prices until end March at c. £400 each way; MXP - continues through winter until last flight listed 13th Jan; PRG - last flight listed 13th Jan; VIE - last flight listed 13th Jan. Perhaps as in previous years they are still to add further flights, but maybe not.
Following changes also noticed:
CFR - stays through winter 4 days/week (none last winter); CGN - 6 days/week (was 4/wk last winter); DUB - No Sat PM flight, but a Sun AM flt; GLA - 2/day after mid-January, excluding Sat/Sun 1 a day (last winter only 2/day on Mon & Fri); LYS - 6/week (was 2/wk last winter).

There are no STK flights listed after March 30, though Flybe's own schedules run to June 16.
Meanwhile the stupid LSA social media sites continue to direct viewers to the Flybe website for non-existent SEN spring flights. I wonder what prospective customers will make of this.
I guess we shall have to wait to see the significance.

There are no seats for sale throughout this week on direct flights to DUB, CGN and GLA.
Perhaps this means all available seats really have been sold. Maybe they are only selling ATR capacity. Maybe its a defensive move to limit their liability for EU261 compensation claims ?
It appears to return to normal on Sunday 29th. Presumably this is when G-FBEF is expected to return from remedial maintenance in Lisbon. It speaks volumes for the situation that this E195 has needed to be pulled out service in the peak season because it is beyond the ability of line maintenance to overcome the problems, and that it is sent to the Embraer facility in LIS rather than Flybe in the UK. It is after all Flybe's aircraft and due to be returned to Flybe in September. Who will be footing the bill ?

The apparent dismantling of the SEN schedules continues, with MAN and GLA no longer available from Jan 6.
This leaves only ANR, CFR, CGN, DUB GRQ LYS and RNS on the online booking website.

.... and still no sign of the Spring 2019 timetable being released. It had been 'promised' on 16th August.
I wonder if there might be something happening behind the scenes. The 5 year Flybe/Stobart Air franchise expires in June 2019 and I wonder if it will in fact be renewed. I've heard talk that Stobart would like to operate to EDI (in place of GLA) and to BHD but they cannot do so under the Flybe franchise as both would conflict with their LCY operation. Is it possible that Aer Lingus Regional could operate the SEN routes in Flybe's place? A long shot perhaps but that was the plan late in 2013 when MST, GRQ, CFR, RNS and FMO were chosen as the initial SEN routes. It didn't happen then and the Flybe/Stobart Air franchise resulted instead. It would need a policy change on the part of Aer Lingus I suppose and I must admit that doesn't sound likely.

I see that Stobart's second purchased E195 (G-FBEM the prospective EI-GGB) flew from Exeter to Norwich this morning. Presumably this is for repainting since at present it wear a hybrid Flybe livery. It will be interesting to see what colours it emerges in. This could give us some clue as to the future !
LATE EDIT Apparently it is to be painted all white, according to skyliner.de

That is good move, though it would be even better if they could start that as of now to pick up the displaced regulars and convert them before they find other ways. I see the extra flights are not in the system for after December yet, I guess still evolving at the moment, and seeing what they can do with the airframes they have.
I would hope that a twice a day service (that is Belgian business-person friendly) would be a priority for weekdays, certainly at least on Mondays and Fridays.

When winter 2018/2019 were originally released on FlyBe site, Milan was available year round on days M/W/T/F/Su. Now quietly dropped from 2nd November outbound, no inbounds from 26th October.

Vienna and Glasgow have now joined the routes no longer on sale from the end of October, though it is still possible to book SEN-GLA over a connection at Manchester until January 6.
Meanwhile Stobart's second E195 G-FBEM/EI-GGB positioned back from Exeter to Norwich this evening under a Flybe flight number.

The second E195 G-FBEM is still at Exeter where it has been since mid July, apparently not flying apart from the positioning to/from NWI. According to GINFO the change of registration has not yet taken effect and the review date has been put back from October 3 to October 15. The third E195 G-FBEL has also been on the ground for about a month. Presumably this is pre-delivery overhaul.
The RNS route weekly schedule flown as 2 x E195 and 5 x ATR. By March this becomes 6 x E195 and 1 x ATR . There are extra services over the xmas period. The schedule continues to show the need for two E195s at SEN up to the end of March.
What are we to make of all this ? Stobart Air plans remain opaque to outsiders .

Just announced Stobart/Flybe are to operate to Newquay from April 5 days a week increasing to daily from May 1st, other new routes to Aberdeen and Jersey, also Manchester will continue. Cant understand why they are taking on EZY on the Jersey route, i would have thought Guernsey would have been chosen instead as there are no flights to there from SEN.

With respect "Just announced" by who? It's certainly true that NQY-SEN will be operated by Flybe as Newquay Airport have announced it. I cannot find any announcement regarding it being an STK franchise route rather than a Flybe mainline services using a NQY based aircraft. With regard to MAN, ABZ and JER I cannot find any announcement at all. I'm not saying these things won't happen but I'd like to see some official announcements first.
