Humberside airport travel have announced a one off exclusive 4 night departure to Iceland on 30th November 23, operating via Teeside. Not yet clear who is the holiday provider - HAT referring to it as a "pre sale exclusive". Who else will be putting it on sale later ?? Think the hype might have irritated some people who clearly expected some sun routes.

Yes it was a little misleading, perhaps they didn’t anticipate that people would be as interested as they seem to have been. That or they feel it is big news for them? I suppose though, that if there was any significant announcement it wouldn’t be HAT that would make it.

[/quote Yes, on reflection, unlikely that HAT would have been the ones to announce anything significant. I guess it's reasonable for people to think HAT represent the airport because they communicate with potential customers regularly - the airport do so much less. Plenty of feedback for both to consider on Facebook site!

The destination airport would appear to be Keflavic because the Storm Hotel and the advertised attractions are in Reykjavik.
