From the end of October, the flight numbers on the HUY-ABZ will change from T3 750-75? to T3 7640-7647. I have heard that these will eventually to be changed to "BE764x" in the future.

From November, there is a change to the Aberdeen flights, with all flights now operating via Durham Tees Valley (MME). The aircraft looks to be upgraded to the Saab2000.
New Schedule Mon-Fri is: HUY 0630 --> MME --> ABZ 0815 (Mon-Thu) HUY 0900 --> MME --> ABZ 1100 HUY 1610 --> MME --> ABZ 1800
ABZ 0845 --> MME --> HUY 1030 (Mon-Thu) ABZ 1600 --> MME --> HUY 1800 ABZ 1830 --> MME --> HUY 2015
No flights operate on Saturdays, and on sundays 1 teatime return operates from ABZ --> MME --> HUY and return. The flight times don't seem to quite fit together, with 2 aircraft being required for the teatime rotations, so I expect we will have 2 aircraft overnighting here, one based, and one that leaves at 9am, returning at 6pm. Another one seems to sit on the ground at HUY from 1030 to 1610 each day?

Any truth in that Eastern are to use their 145’s on all ABZ flights from tomorrow? Not all good though, hearing bad things for Eastern at the minute.

The Flybe winter timetable has not yet been published. However, Opodo and Skyscanner are showing return fares offered between Humberside and Aberdeen in November from £172. The airline is branded as Eastern Airways.

Eastern to use the E170 on new 2x weekly MME-ALC service this summer. I wonder if they'll do the same from HUY?

Lbaspotter- Eastern need to generate work for 3 190s so I think the answer to your question is they will at do something from Humberside, a minimum being the return of weekend trips. Ive been told to expect news of these later this year.
It will also be interesting to see if there are to be any partnerships with holiday providers such as Newmarket. Whatever happens the growth and change in business model must surely be good for Jobs with Eastern,

Eastern's website contains details of capacity reductions which have resulted from COVID-19.
From Monday 23rd March until Friday 17th April, they plan to have one flight each way between Humberside and Aberdeen. Flights are Mon-Fri only and appear to operate via MME.
T3 7642 Depart HUY 09.45 Arrive ABZ 11.45
T3 7645 Depart ABZ 14.35 Arrive HUY 16.35
They have made similar reductions on other routes and have suspended four routes completely.

Between 25th March 2020 and Friday 17th April, there are amended flight times for T3 7642/7647 to and from Aberdeen, presumably because Teesside Airport has suspended the use of its passenger terminal, so the flight has become a direct service again.
T3 7642 dep HUY 09.45 arr ABZ 11.10 Mon-Fri T3 7647 deep ABZ 14.35 arr HUY 16.00 Mon-Fri

Good luck to Eastern as they start to stand-up their new routes around UK from next week. All publicity releases from them talk of more to come. I hope that includes something from HUY -any rumours going around? Expansion so far must be good for HQ job at least.

Not sure why they would offer more from HUY unless there was financial incentive to do so? Seems they’ve been bought in at MME. Having said that it would be nice to think that there’s scope for some Spanish destinations given there’s nobody else left to offer them.

Eastern website advertising fares between SOU and HUY.. Suspecting a mistake but you never know, since NQY did well following the switch from LBA it’s not beyond the realms of possibility.
EDIT: Since been removed.
