I see that the Flybe SEN Winter 2015/16 schedule has been published. RNS and FMO will operate daily, GRQ daily except Saturday and CFR becomes twice weekly operating Friday and Sunday. Probably as good as could be expected in that none of the four routes is dropped for the winter.

That's a big jump for Caen last month, Easter holiday pax i'm guessing helped. Disappointing when you look at how many pax used Rennes at 2x daily before it was cut down to just the 1!

The Southampton -Rennes is just 3 a week maximum next winter, and there are none bookable after 5th Jan. This should help to underscore the already popular SEN-Rennes route which maintains daily throughout winter. Southend already has more pax. on the route even though Southampton-Rennes has been established for some years.

I imagine it hit that route hard, especially since before the SEN route they encouraged pax to travel to London via Southampton and the train on the Rennes website.

Rennes seems a real success story. Groningen is achieving a LF of around 65%, so probably OK. Not sure about Caen or Munster though........

There were fewer SEN-CFR flights in August 2015 than last August due to the fierce competition from Ryanair on the Stansted-Deauville route but load factor increased from 58% to 63%. Whether Flybe/Stobart Air will want to go had to head against Ryanair next year must be doubtful, with Deauville being just 40 miles along the coast.

It would be good if they could maintain CFR, especially since FR stole the CGN route before it had begun. Also as someone mentioned on PPrune, Munster/Osnabruck prices sky rocket from the 25 October 2015 (being pulled?) perhaps this is in connection with the aircraft changes required for the Isle of Man operations? So next year what happens to RNS and GRQ if the other two are removed? RNS could easily sustain 2 daily frequency and a single to GRQ, maybe scope for an new route? Think another saga might be lurking around the corner, but guess we'll wait and see...

What is the load factor on the Rennes flights in August, please? (I always struggle to work these out correctly..... so perhaps someone can do it for me!). Thanks.

I think it is 79% because I believe the flights were daily with a second rotation on Wednesdays.
