Eastern Airways is offering business travellers executive lounge access at Leeds Bradford International Airport for those heading to Southampton.
Any business traveller flying with Eastern Airways on a fully flexible ticket from Leeds Bradford to Southampton will automatically gain access into the Premier lounge at Leeds Bradford.
This latest initiative by the Humberside-based airline also coincides with new lead-in fares on the same route starting from just £65 one way, including taxes and charges.
Eastern Airways first started operating the route in 2003 and offers two flights each weekday to Southampton with flights departing from Leeds Bradford at 7.25am and 5.40pm. Services leave Southampton at 8.50am and 7.20pm.
Roger Hage, Eastern Airways’ ground operations manager, said: “Passengers travelling on flexible tickets to Southampton will now be able to relax with all the creature comforts in the Premier lounge at Leeds Bradford Airport. We continue to offer high levels of service and complimentary drinks and snacks onboard as part of the all-in price, and with two flights a day to the south coast of England, timings are ideal for business travellers making day return journeys.”
There are a number of financial institutions located in Hampshire and around the M3 corridor as well as chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, marine and offshore sectors. Southampton is also home to some of the world’s largest cruise liners offering luxury voyages around the world.
All passengers flying with Eastern Airways from Leeds Bradford can use the dedicated fast track security channel to avoid any queues at security search.
The airline also flies to Aberdeen from Leeds Bradford.
