Hope this is of help to you.
Register with an image hosting site. The most common sites used are Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/) and Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/) and they are both free to use.
When you have registered you will have your own album. In your album you will see an option to Upload. Select this option and then Browse your computer for the images you wish to upload. Once you have located the images, click Upload. Your images will now appear in your album online.
For Photobucket:
Hover over the image in your album that you would like to post and several boxes will appear. Click on the fourth link entitled IMG Code. When you click on the link the word Copied will appear, indicating that it has automatically copied the IMG code for you (If ‘Copied’ does not appear then copy and paste the link in the usual way of right clicking and selecting copy)
