38031 passenger in October, down 13.6% compared to October 2007. Percentage wise CVT, DSA, MME and NWI had worse months. Rolling year passenger figures are 424957, down 8.7%
Aberdeen was 3351, up 10%. Very welcome news in this environment. I think it’s an average load off 17 passengers on a 29 seat Jetstream 41 which is a load factor off 58%. No doubt yields are considerably better than load factors Amsterdam – 12391 – down 1%
Percentage changes for charters very much affected by Futura/LTE collapse and changes in if some routes end at the start or end of the month
Larnaca – 2995 – down 7% Heraklion – 1382 – up 186% Faro goes out on a high at 1522, up 25% Palma – 1914 – down 59% Lanzarote – 1781 – up 21% Fuerteventura – 1694 – up 6% Gran Canaria – 1233 – up 2% Tenerife – 2382 – down 25% Bodrum – 1308 Dalaman – 1137 – down 20% Bourgas – 102 Verona – 164 – 82 passengers on this Newmarket Holidays special departure. Disappointing
I will be bold and say November could see a monthly increase, with extra charters and some summer ones finishing late. Certainly if it is a decline, it will be smaller
