Best November for AMS totals in at least 10 years (that's as far back as my records go)

AMS rolling year is now at 125,699 - best annual figure since 2008, when the figure dropped from 140734 to 120635.
It's also the 4th month in a row, the AMS figure has been over 11k. Prior to august, the last time 11k was breached was October 2010!

Hope yield is holding up. Having been in the terminal quite a lot recently, there’s not an awful lot keeping the place open.

Hopefully the increasing AMS and offshore traffic are sustaining the airport - I believe that the airport is still operating at a profit. Orsted's Hornsea 1 and 2 construction should keep the heliport busy for the next 2-3 years.
I would say DSA has more concerns, with Flybe struggling and Brexit possibly having an impact on the Wizz and holiday traffic.

Some digging in the CAA archive section has produced a few further November traffic figures for the HUY/AMS route.
2004 10,271 2005 10,972 2006 11,057 2007 12,076
This would seem to indicate that 2018 is the second highest November on the route.
There were two cancelled flights on 16th and four Saturdays, resulting in a total of 170 flights as last year. Average load was 68.6 passengers, compared with 61.6 ; an increase of 11.4%. If the effective capacity of the E175 is 82, the load factor would have been 83.6%.

Air Transport Movements were 306 scheduled and 345 charter.
The Transun outbound charter to Enontekio had a load factor of 85.7%.
