Unless I have misread the CAA data it would appear that last month was DSAs worst ever ,with only 37,724 passengers passing through the terminal...down 25.8%

One aircraft ( a day) even if full on all its W pattern flights, which is most unlikely, will not a summer make! The losses at DSA must be quite considerable by now and lets not forget its not just footfall that matters but profit .If rumours are to be believed easyJet have got a very, very good deal out of DSA...so its doubtful if the airport willl derive much profit other than a bit of kudos!

I agree that it will add to the losses, and its still debatable about how much expansion will happen due to it not being a full blown base. The committment is only realy half baked.
