POssible ThomsonFly B767-200 on Friday to Menorca instead of Futura, shared with EDI according to pprune. Might be worth keeping an eye on this thread on an EDI forum for more information www.egphforum.com/viewtopic.php?p=11738#11738

Guess when tomorrows flights are put on the airport website about 9pm we will know exactly what is hapenning

There is a ThomsonFly arrival in the early hours from Menorca at 0123 (TOM3508), departing at 0110 to Glasgow (TOM3508 again). Times from airport website clearly dont match but obviously this is how the passengers are returning home. Aircraft type unknown
LTE standing in for Futura on TFS

The Menorca Flight at MME is being flown by GSM 19.00 dept.,what seems strange to me about this flight at MME,it is a Thomson flight, so why are they sending TC clients on this flight and not Thomson.upsetting for the family from Hull who had their holiday cancelled by Thomson, specially with children, one whom had never flown before.

Definetly a shame the passengers couldnt be offered another flight, even one from London or Manchester would be better than a cancellation

I think its the make your own way to MME bit that isn't too good. Having to go out of MME because thats were the available aircraft to operate at short notice is, fair enough. But surely a couple of coaches could be provided from HUY. it's not like the flight got transfered to DSA, MME is a long trip, especially if you were planning to get taken to the airport by someone else, or by taxi
