No HUY data yet but in the ABZ data it is relevaled that HUY-ABZ carried 2345 passengers in August, a fall of 17% or 469 passengers compared to last August

There were only 3 flights per day for the month of August, could this be the reason, that is 21 flights x 2 = 11 per flight.

If it was 4xDay last August then that might explain the reduction. HUY wasn't the only ABZ domestic route seeing a decline however so could be down to general economic problems
I work out (or rather Microsoft Outlook does) there were 21 weekdays in August and 5 Sundays. 1 weekday was a bank holiday. Cant remember if there was a flight then but I will assume not. So 20 weekdays x6 flights (3 out, 3 back) and 5 Sundays x2 (1 out, 1 back) is 130 flights for the month. 2345 divided by 130 is average of 18 passengers per flight.
Jetstream 41's have 29 seats, so 18 out of 29 seats filled is an average 62% load factor, which for Eastern isn't bad, especially for August. I think the 17% decrease makes things look worse than they are in this case

Overall passenger figures were 51357, down 13.9%. CVT, MME, DSA and NWI all suffered bigger percentage decreases. Rolling year figures are a pathetic 438022, down 8.8%
Jersey saw 423 passengers, up 22%, I think there was an extra Saturday this August compared to last year
Going International...
Larnaca – 3213, down 11% - a very good average load of 178 passengers per flight Heraklion – 3063, up 108% - a good average load of 170 per flight Amsterdam – 11234, down 30 passengers Faro – 1330, down 36% - average 166 passengers per flight on a A320 Ibiza – 1375, down 50% - I work it out to be an average of 137 passengers per flight. This seems very low Menorca – 1507, up 1% - average 150 passengers per flight Palma – 4392, down 45% - average 168 passengers per flight Lanzarote – 1373, down 23% - average 171 passengers per flight Fuerteventura – 1380, down 10% - average 172 passengers per flight Gran Canaria – 1797, up 30% - average 179 passengers per flight Tenerife – 2981, down 8% - average 165 passengers per flight Antalya – 1716, up 21% - average 171 passengers per flight Bodrum – 1612, down 35% - average 201 passengers per flight. Guess the downgrade from an A300 has made a big difference to the percentage figure here Dalaman – 4659, down 27% - average 179 passengers per flight Bourgas – 2263, up 4%
