How comes there is two AEA flights. AEA191/192 should be Lanzarote but AEA008/221 appears to be an extra

As I drove passed at 1430 there was an AEA B738 parked up clear of the terminal. My guess is that yesterdays AEA219 arrival went tech and the AEA221 departure was delayed until a replacement aircraft could become available. In this case the AEA008.

On Radio Humberside this morning reported that yesterdays flight to FUA had been delayed over night, and departed at 7.20am today.
