Just seen a jumbo fly into Humberside about 10 mins ago. Could be the Small Planet for Verona tomorrow or a photoshopt for the planned routes? It wasn't on FlightRadar, so just wondered what it was. Can anyone look?

not sure what it was because at 1400 no large aircraft, other than the 2 mentioned, were expected.
Not sure what you mean buy jumbo - as this is the nickname of a B747 and I believe this type is too large to operate in / out of HUY. Small Planet use B737s and is due in early 23rd.

A BA 744 visited too. 'City of Lincoln'. Huge crowd by the end of 21 to see it land :-)

Believe the BA 744 was unable to make the 180 degree turn on the R/W after landing, requiring a tug to assist.

Hmm, sorry I described it wrong. I thought it was the Small Planet plane but wasn't. It could have been the Flybe but thought it was too big.

I saw what jw29 has seen. but this was about 5pm. what made it stand out was that it was going low over Hull east to west. ie. leaving the aiport. as the wind was NW.

I was near Morrisons in Anlaby and saw it going east so just thought it was passing over as it is a regular flight path, but then I saw it swing round back west going down in to land. I dont know what it was but to me it looked A320/B737 style to me, did it you John?

I only saw it from distance, but was either a A320 or B737.
