It's likely Jota will be making an announcement later today - possibly an additional 146/RJ?

Excellent news. They had been advertising jobs for a few weeks now.

At last some good news for SEN, will be nice to see a 2rd 146/RJ based here. Good luck and best wishes to JOTA on their expansion and continued success in 2016 and beyond.

Hi All,
I lost my log in, but made a new one now.
We flew G-JOTR today from Cranfield to Norwich. C Check all complete, now for the paint. Should be at SEN sometime around the 29th March. Then hopefully very busy summer ahead.

Nice one Andy, thanks for the update.
Noted from your Twitter page that you appear to be training up twelve new cabin crew. That seems a large number for one extra airframe. So, replacements, part time contracts, or....?
Late edit: A more recent photo suggests 10 new cabin crew, not 12

The RJ85 G-JOTR arrived earlier today (5th April) instead. Huge congratulations to them, hope they continue to go from strength to strength.

Reference Humberside's post on 27 November 2015 regarding a Jota aircraft operating for the summer out of Salerno for Travel Before, it seems as though Avantiair will be operating those flights according to the Salerno Airport website. An Aviatiair F100 is pictured alongside the story stating this.

What the dickens is this all about? (Answers on a postcard please). "JOTA recently applied to the US Department of Transportation for a Foreign Air Carrier Permit (FACP) to allow it operate scheduled and charter flights between the European Union and the US." Air Cargo Week
