South Wales isn't the easiest place to get to from this area, so a direct flight might tempt a few that might otherwise go by train - HOWEVER it does seem a bit like somebody stuck a pin in a map, and, disappointingly, I can't imagine it becoming a success in any way, shape or form. London, Manchester etc, perhaps but Humberside? It would do well to last the length of any financial support in place.
Id like to be proved wrong though...

It could be that they would expect an Eastern Airways involvement. If so, the HUY destination could be a way of generating revenue from any necessary positioning flights.

Am I right in thinking the route has only been served once before, briefly by ‘City Air Bus’ on a DO328? Or did the airline fold before the flight ca,e to fruition?
