The SEN to Chisinau distance is 1220 nautical miles Great Circle, which will make it the longest sector in the SEN summer programme as it stands now.
The Fly One fleet appears to consist of two A320 and one A319. I would not expect any performance issues on this route, obviously helped by the late evening departure and the generally favourable wind profile that is likely on a route to the East.
Their A319 is the -112 model (like the Air Malta A319) which will offer a better take off performance than the EZY A319-111 due to higher engine thrust rating.

I'm not sure if this was always the plan when it went down to 1 flight a week, but I see the flight now arrives SEN at 1700, and Chisinau at 2300. At least we might see it in daylight occasionally!
