Thomas Cook are organising the China trip.and the flight is with KLM via AMS. i am surprised as plenty of fans want to go.
The KLM flight is for the supporters, the team and support staff, manager etc. will be going on another flight,so we stillmay see something different. ;D

Understand the flights from HUY via AMS already fully booked and additional supporters now being booked via MAN and BHX. Why on earth didn't they do a direct flight refuelling en route? As usual the powers who make these judgements underestimate the level of support from this region.

No chance they could even get KLM to put a B737 on a flight instead of a Fokker - would still be via AMS but more people could go from HUY

That would make a lot of sense AH, assuming there is sufficient room on the onward connection from AMS.

Might need an aircraft swap on a China flight, but in the current environment, Im sure there is a route somewhere that could cope with a one-off use of a smaller aircraft
