Expressflight's post confirms what I thought, that actually SK are making the most of the aircraft available and that the timetable is looking quite healthy.

I'm not sure of the number of flights in December for RNS and GRQ but the load factor on CFR looks to have been 56%.

The early Winter 2016/17 Stobart/Flybe flights, from 30/10/16 to 31/1/17, are now bookable on the website and the CFR, GRQ and RNS timetables as very similar to this winter. The RNS morning departure time of 07:40 is a little later than this year and it looks like CFR with take a mid-winter break again from 9/1/17. All flights are shown as operating on the ATR72.
I estimate that load factors for February 2016 were:
CFR ..... 47% GRQ ..... 40% RNS ..... 56%
Both GRQ and RNS offered greater frequency this February compared to 2015 and all flights (I think) were on ATR72 this year. All the routes look to be better suited to the ATR-42 in terms of required capacity.

In the continued absence of the CAA Provisional Statistics for April and May 2016 I offer the SEN-CFR provisional route figures obtained from a French source:
April 1,050 (no change on April 2015) May 1,240 (+ 25%) June 1,242 (+ 72%)
The June numbers reflect the fact that flight frequency was greatly increased compared with last year and seems a good example of what that can achieve.

Considering the number of cancellations and constant aircraft swaps between the ATR42 and 72, it will be hard to calculate. However, the figures do seem pretty good.
