A BA City Flyer aircraft (not sure if it was an e175 or e 190) just diverted from LCY into SEN. I think it was from Stockholm, but not sure of the reason for the diversion.

The BA aircraft that diverted in was GLCYE E170 from Stockholm it was short of fuel passengers stayed on A/C & the A/C was re-fuelled & then carried on to LCY.

Thanks for that movementman, I couldn't work out why they parked the aircraft on one of the stands outside the old terminal if the pax were disembarking...clearly they didn't disembark.

Another BA City Flyer E170 diverted into SEN last evening en- route from Stockholm to London, City. Possibly this was due to strong headwinds, combined with the usual evening LTMA airspace congestion, making a fuel stop necessary.

There are a number of LCY diversions this morning due to low cloudbase, including the first visit of a BA E190 to SEN.

There were three LCY diversions yesterday evening; a Cityflyer E170, an AF RJ85 and a LH DH8. I believe it's the first time that LH have chosen SEN as their chosen LCY diversion airport.

A BA Cityflyer E190 reportedly diverted into SEN this morning inbound to LCY from ABZ - seems to be to uplift fuel due to wx delays at LCY. Yesterday a Cityjet F50 inbound to LCY from RTM diverted into SEN due to a flap problem.
Edit: A Cityflyer E170 also diverted into SEN some time later this morning. Good to see SEN is still Cityflyer's preferred diversion.

Diversions from LCY again this morning. BA from GLA, Cityjet from Dundee and EDI so far. Snow clearance at LCY closed it for 90 minutes.

A second influx of LCY diversions this evening. Snow clearance underway again there, so SNOCLO at present.
So far a BA E190, Cityjet RJ85 & F50, Skywork D328 & SunAir/BA D328 have arrived in the past hour.
EDIT: After another E190 and F50 (or two?) arrived SEN had to cease accepting diversions due to lack of capacity. Eight LCY diverted aircraft currently on the ground.

Did SEN really run out of de-icing fluid today because of all the diversions, thus stymying some of the EZY schedules.....?

I believe there was an exchange between ATC and an aircraft to the effect that SEN was "running short" of de-icer. So not quite the same as running out. All four early departures appear to have been on time today so no immediate problem by the look of it.
LCY was closed all day Sunday, despite trying to open twice, so nearly all flights were cancelled. The SunAir Billund and SkyWork Berne flights operated to/from SEN - good to see at least two airlines making the effort to get their pax where they wanted to go.

More LCY diversions this morning - it's becoming quite a regular event.
In the gap between the SEN weather going above minima and LCY doing the same, there were (I believe) 1 x Cityjet RJ85 & 2 x F50, plus 1 x BA E170.
